Merkaba Retreats Fees & Financial Information

At Merkaba Retreats, we strive to provide a life-changing experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. Our retreat fees are designed to reflect the quality of our offerings, including sacred earth-medicine ceremonies, luxurious accommodations, expert facilitation, expert preparation and integration, nourishing meals, sunrise kundalini yoga, breathwork, sound healing, sweat lodge, massage, meditation, and more.

We have come to learn this about our financial donations: we must place our financial donations into where we are most spiritually fed. In 6 days, you will be doing 10 years worth of intense psychotherapy. Ten years of weekly therapy (48 weeks/year) at 225 per session = $108,000. Or participate in our 6-day all-inclusive retreat for much much less and gain much much more. For those who may face financial barriers, please read about our Scholarship Program. 

Merkaba Retreats serves under the Merkaba Church. Your offering (retreat fee) to the Merkaba Church is tax-deductible. 


Retreat Package Pricing

The cost of attending a Merkaba Retreat varies based on the location and services provided. Below is a general outline of our pricing:

1. Bucerias (Puerto Vallarta) home:​

• 7-Day Retreat (Arrive Monday, Depart Sunday afternoon): 
• Your fee pays for our expert facilitators and staff, luxury lodging & accommodation, leasing of our Sacred Healing Center, our sacred offerings (sacred medicines, all ceremonies, preparation & integration sessions, all meals, kundalini yoga, sound healing, breathwork, reiki massages, sweat lodge, meditation, & colonics), and most importantly - total freedom, transformation, healing on every level.
• Airfare not included.
• Since each retreat may vary slightly in what it costs to produce, fees may slightly differ depending on the date/location. Contact us to learn about the specific fee for your desired date or Text Christopher.

2. Belize at the Prana Maya Island Luxury Resort - September 2025.​

• 7-Day Retreat (Arrive Monday, Depart Sunday afternoon): 
• Your fee pays for our expert facilitators and staff, ultra luxury lodging & accommodation in the Prana Maya Villa, leasing of a beautiful Villa in the Prana Maya Island Resort, our sacred offerings (sacred medicines, all ceremonies, preparation & integration sessions, chef-prepared meals, kundalini yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, excursions to Mayan ruins, snorkeling excursion), and most importantly - total freedom, transformation, healing on every level. Luxury Spa Services are à la carte.

2. Private or Customized Retreats

Payment Policies

• Deposit: $500 non-refundable to reserve your spot
• Payment due in Full upon e-signing contract and documents.​
• Payment plans available on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to learn more.
• Cancellation Policy: Because spots are limited, there are no refunds. For documented emergencies, your fee can be applied to future retreats.
