Our OfferingsSacred Earth Medicine Ceremonies: Guided by experienced shamanic practitioners and expert facilitators, our ceremonies utilize powerful medicines like Psilocybin, Kambo, and Bufo to support deep healing and personal growth. We provide a safe and sacred space for exploration and transformation.
Holistic Healing Practices: Our retreats incorporate various modalities, including Kundalini yoga for all levels, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, massage, and sweat lodge ceremony. Each practice is carefully designed to enhance your experience and facilitate deeper insights. Expert Guidance: Our dedicated team is here to support you every step of the way. With years of experience and a commitment to your well-being, our facilitators create a nurturing atmosphere for your healing journey. Pre-Retreat Preparation: At Merkaba Retreats, we provide guidance to help you align your mind, body, and spirit before your retreat. Your package includes individual consultations with both Christopher and the other expert facilitator of your particular retreat. Additionally, your retreat group will meet via Zoom prior to the retreat so that you can get to know us, your fellow brothers/sisters, ask questions, and express intentions. Post-Retreat Integration: The integration process is as vital as the plant medicine ceremony itself. At Merkaba Retreats, we provide guidance to help you process, understand, and apply the insights gained during your journey to your everyday life. Your package includes 2 post-retreat individual integration sessions via Zoom, one with each facilitator and 1 group integration zoom session. Healthy Nourishment: Enjoy delicious, home-cooked meals made from fresh, local ingredients. Our plant & fish-based menu is crafted to support your healing process and provide the energy you need for deep inner work. We also totally cater to food allergies, intolerances, and preferences. Community Connection: For group retreats, share your journey with 6-8 like-minded individuals in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our retreats foster deep connections and lasting friendships, creating a sense of belonging and community. After your retreat, you will be invited to join our Merkaba Alumni program where you can attend free online groups, classes, kundalini yoga classes, ceremonies and more. Also, Alumni are often chosen to assist in future retreats. Custom Retreats: At Merkaba Retreats, we understand that healing journeys can take many forms. That’s why we offer custom retreats designed specifically for you and your community, wherever you are in the world. Whether you seek a transformative experience in your own backyard or wish to gather with friends in a serene environment, we’re here to create a unique retreat tailored to your needs.
