Scholarship Program at Merkaba Retreats

At Merkaba Retreats, we are committed to making transformative healing experiences accessible to those who feel called to work with sacred earth medicine but may face financial barriers. Our Scholarship Program is designed to support individuals who demonstrate a deep commitment to personal growth, healing, and service to their communities.

Who is Eligible?

Our scholarships are intended for individuals who:

• Have a genuine financial need.
• Are committed to personal transformation and spiritual growth.
• Intend to use their plant medicine journey to create positive change in their lives and communities.
• Have a strong desire to integrate and embody the lessons learned during the retreat.

We especially encourage applications from those in underrepresented communities, including healers, teachers, caregivers, and individuals working in service-oriented roles.

What Does the Scholarship Cover?

• Partial scholarships are available to offset the cost of the retreat.
• Full scholarships are awarded in select cases based on financial need and alignment with the program’s mission.

Scholarship awards typically apply to retreat fees, including accommodations, meals, and ceremonies. However, recipients are responsible for travel expenses and any optional services such as spa treatments or additional coaching.

How to Apply

To apply for the Merkaba Scholarship Program:

• Complete the Application Form Below: Submit an online application via our electronic form below, including details about your financial situation and reasons for wanting to attend.
• Share Your Story: Provide a personal statement about your journey, what draws you to plant medicine, and how this retreat will support your healing and life purpose.​
• Submit Your Application: Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Early submissions are encouraged, as spots are limited.

Selection Process

• Applications are carefully reviewed by our team to ensure alignment with the retreat’s mission and values.
• Scholarship recipients will be notified via email and provided with next steps to confirm their participation.

Give Back to the Community

We encourage scholarship recipients to "pay it forward" by sharing the insights and healing they gain with their communities. This could include volunteering, mentorship, or simply embodying the principles of compassion, love, and growth inspired by their journey. Our scholarship recipients also become Brand Ambassadors for Merkaba Retreats and agree to carry the message of Merkaba Retreats out into the world.
